Refund Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

1. Who processes your payment

Purchases on wandermemo.app are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd or Paddle.com Inc.), our Merchant of Record — Paddle is the seller shown on your receipt and bank statement, and its buyer terms apply alongside this policy.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If a WanderMemo subscription (Plus or Pro) isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase — just ask, no lengthy justification needed.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we will refund it. To avoid future charges, cancel before your renewal date — cancelling is always available and takes effect at the end of the paid period.

4. How to request a refund

  • Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or use Paddle’s buyer support at paddle.net; or
  • Email us at hello@wandermemo.app from your account email, mentioning the order — we will pass it to Paddle for you.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days once processed.

5. After a refund

Your plan reverts to Free. Nothing you uploaded is deleted — but if your stored photos exceed the Free quota, you won’t be able to upload new photos until you are back under it or subscribe again.

6. Cancelling vs. refunding

Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period — you keep full access until it ends. Outside the 14-day windows above, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.

7. Purchases in mobile apps

Where subscriptions are bought inside our iOS or Android apps, billing is handled by Apple or Google, and refunds follow their store processes (request via App Store or Google Play). We are happy to help you navigate those — just email us.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you hold under the law of the country you live in. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
